McHENRY, Ailing. — Schopen Pest Options promoted Christopher Baumann (pictured, left) from department supervisor to director of operations. Mark Berry (pictured, proper) was promoted from high quality management supervisor to department supervisor of Schopen’s flagship McHenry, Ailing., department.
Baumann and Berry each joined Schopen in April 2018.
Baumann moved from area technician to department supervisor and helped Schopen notice its aim of 25 % year-over-year development throughout his tenure. He’s a Nationwide Pest Administration Affiliation Government Management Program participant and is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Baumann resides in McHenry together with his spouse, Jessica, and three youngsters, Jacob, Sarina and Bennet. He volunteers with Youngsters in Want McHenry County in his free time.
Berry was promoted from area technician to high quality management supervisor in January 2021. Throughout his tenure as high quality management supervisor, he ensured consumer retention by tackling robust pest points and responding to emergency conditions. He additionally ensured that Schopen technicians had been working to firm requirements by visiting purchasers’ properties to confirm the thoroughness of previous technician visits.
Berry is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin. He resides in McCullom Lake, Ailing., together with his three cats and enjoys fishing in his free time.
